In short: this site runs no analytics, shows no advertising and collects nothing you have not written to us yourself.
Only what you enter voluntarily in the form on the Contacts page or send us by email: your name, the company name, an email address or phone number, the content of the enquiry and the technical details of the job — material, operation, machine.
The site collects nothing automatically. There are no visitor counters, advertising pixels, social buttons, external fonts or third-party scripts: every file on the page is served from a single server.
To prepare a reply: to select tooling for the job, to send the price list and confirmation of availability, and to agree the terms of supply. This data is not used for mailing lists, profiling or passing to advertisers.
Nobody, for commercial or advertising purposes. Within a specific order the data may be passed to the manufacturing site, the carrier or the customs broker — strictly to the extent without which the order cannot be fulfilled.
For as long as the correspondence about the enquiry continues, plus a reasonable period after it — needed for repeat orders and warranty questions. You can ask us to delete the data sooner.
You have the right to find out what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to withdraw your consent to processing, or to ask for it to be deleted. Simply write to us — the address is on the Contacts page.
If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page.
